The Human Performance system enables customized Functional Abilities Analysis, yet it also provides built-in PDA-specific testing protocols when the pre-injury job is known. The Human Performance software is directly interfaced with the PDA software, thereby allowing automatic and instant comparisons of the Workers’ demonstrated functional abilities to any or all PDA’s entered into the software. This means that job match results and modifications are provided immediately after functional testing is completed. Where no PDA’s are entered into the system, the functional abilities can be matched to over 30,000 standard occupational descriptions built into our system. The Human Performance system enables integrated scheduling for multiple physicians or locations. The system is so flexible that it can allow multiple physicians to be scheduled to a single device or location. The resource-tracking module allows you to better manage your resources by knowing and preparing when that resource will be used and who will be using it.
